Reiki treatments from a Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher. I offer Reiki treatments from The Retreat New Forest, a beautiful location in Dorset. 

REIKI: I began my personal Reiki journey in 2011, completed my First Degree and Second Degree Reiki in 2014, Master/Practitioner Third Degree in 2015 and achieved Reiki Master Teacher status in 2018. I offer Reiki treatments in a calm, relaxed, and aesthetically pleasing setting, reflective of the beautiful essence of Reiki. I also offer distant Reiki which is equally effective. I'm very passionate about Reiki and I love giving Reiki treatments to people. It's a wonderful thing!

ABOUT REIKI: Reiki is a gentle yet powerful healing system that works holistically on every level – physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual - to balance, heal and harmonise you. I use spiritual energy to activate your own natural healing processes. Reiki treatments are non-diagnostic, non-invasive, gentle and safe, available to all and suitable for all.

Treatment is given in a comfortable and peaceful environment with you remaining fully clothed (apart from shoes) and involves me placing my hands very gently either on or above the body at various positions. Reiki encourages deep relaxation, the beneficial effects of which can be a reduction in stress levels, greater emotional balance and a higher competency in handling life’s challenges. As well as feeling more relaxed, other reported benefits are feelings of calmness, peace and inner harmony and an overall sense of well-being.

NB Reiki is a gentle yet powerful complementary therapy that may be used alongside orthodox healthcare but it is not an alternative to conventional medicine and you should always consult your doctor regarding acute or infectious conditions or problems of an urgent nature.
