Reiki Refresh - Group Healing and Meditation at Balmer Lawn Hotel

The Arches Physio’s ‘Saturday Serenity’ morning retreats have now moved to the elegant Balmer Lawn Hotel in Brockenhurst and I will be running a special springtime ‘Reiki Refresh’ group healing and meditation session at the ‘Spring Awakening’ retreat on April 26th. My Reiki Refresh session will begin with a short introduction to Reiki for the benefit of those unfamiliar with this holistic therapy, followed by a restorative, guided meditation, blended with beautiful Reiki energy transmitted to the group. The itinerary also includes pilates, yoga and sound bath.
