Reiki Training Courses in Hampshire

Want to learn the practice of Reiki to treat yourself and others? I offer Reiki Training Courses in the Hampshire and Dorset area. Levels 1 and 2 are up and running now, with Levels 3a and 3b coming soon for those who wish to continue their training with me. I use the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of natural healing.

Reiki Level 1

Reiki Level 1 is the first step on your unique journey with Reiki that begins with and centres around, self-healing.  You will be attuned to the Reiki energy and taught how to use the Usui System of Natural Healing to heal imbalances and activate the natural healing processes in yourself and others using spiritual energy.  Once you are attuned to it, Reiki remains with you for life and you are able to call upon it whenever you wish.  It is natural, simple and easy to learn yet its capacity to bring harmony and health is enormous.  Reiki is simply wonderful!

  • This 2 day Reiki Level 1 Course includes:

    • Theoretical and practical training

    • Comprehensive manual

    • Certificate

Reiki Level 2

Reiki Level 2 (Practitioner level) is the next step on your unique journey with Reiki.  Study at this level deepens your knowledge of Reiki and intensifies your ability to channel the Reiki energy for the benefit of both self and others. Reiki 2 will lead you further along the path to self-discovery and healing and on ‘graduation’ from this level, you are able to take out insurance as a Reiki Practitioner and subsequently treat members of the public with Reiki and charge for this.  

At level 2 you are introduced to three of the four Reiki symbols or ‘keys’ and are given a further attunement (spiritual empowerment) which activates the symbols in you and increases the amount of healing energy you can channel.

    • 1 attunement

  • Yes! Reiki is accessible to anyone who has the desire to learn. Whilst the various hand positions involved may be inaccessible to some people with physical disabilities, Reiki can still be delivered through the power of intention - which is also how distant healing is possible! I only teach over 18s, but besides this, everyone is welcome to join my training courses.

  • There is very little preparation required for Reiki training and you don’t need any particular spiritual knowledge.

    If you are joining one of my Reiki courses for the first time then I would encourage you to have a treatment with me first so that we can get to know each other and you can decide if I am the right teacher for you.

    Once you are enrolled on a training course, I will send you an email a week or more before the course starts, with some optional lifestyle suggestions to set you up for the best possible experience.

  • If you have been trained in Usui Reiki Ryoho in the past, you are welcome to join my classes for a refresher or to further your training (e.g. you can join me for Level 2 if you have done Level 1 with another teacher). However, different kinds of Reiki can not be mixed. So if you have trained in a different kind of Reiki, then you will have to begin again at Level 1.

  • There are 4 levels in Usui Reiki Ryoho:

    Level 1: Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho First Degree - for healing yourself, friends & family

    Level 2: Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho Second Degree (Practitioner) - for offering Reiki as a service to the general public

    Level 3a: Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho Third Degree (Master Practitioner) - for access to an increased level of healing energy

    Level 3b: Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho Third Degree (Master Teacher) - for teaching Reiki to others
