Reiki Refresh at ‘Summer Sunday Serenity’, Balmer Lawn Hotel

The Arches Physio’s ‘Saturday Serenity’ morning retreats have now moved to the elegant Balmer Lawn Hotel in Brockenhurst and I will be running a special ‘Reiki Refresh’ group healing and meditation session at a ‘Summer Sunday Serenity’ retreat on Sunday 29th June designed to bring you renewed energy as the summer season begins. My Reiki Refresh session (11.30 - 12.15) will begin with a short introduction to Reiki for the benefit of those unfamiliar with this holistic therapy, followed by a restorative, guided meditation, all blended with the beautiful Reiki energy transmitted to the group. The itinerary also includes yoga flow and sound bath sessions with Kim Hughes.
