Mindfulness is a priority, not a luxury. Living without ever being fully present, or paying full attention, means that endless opportunities to be fully conscious of the true nature and depth of your self and life, pass by. Commit to taking the time to become truly present in your life. Show up and be here/there for you, however you are.
You might like to join me on Sunday afternoons this summer to practice mindfulness together in Woodside Gardens, Lymington. Some mindful appreciation, meditation and a little bit of Reiki. Every Sunday, Sunday 22nd June - Sunday 31st August (weather permitting). Please bring a chair. £5 per person.
